Las Terrazas 6 is a beautiful two-storey villa with private swimming pool, located in the highest area of the residential complex Las Terrazas, in Salobre Golf Resort.
Here you can enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains and the golf course in an atmosphere of privacy and silence. Villa Las Terrazas 6 Description This villa with private pool in the south of Gran Canaria has two large double rooms, one with a double bed on the first floor, with direct access to the garden and the pool.
The other room, on the first floor, has two single beds.
This room leads to a fantastic terrace with panoramic views. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and private bathroom with bathtub. The private swimming pool at Las Terrazas 6 has safety stairs for better access.
The beautiful views from the pool towards the golf course and the mountains, enhance the experience of relaxation. This exclusive villa has two terraces, one of which is a solarium on the first floor, and outdoor dining areas as well as a barbecue. El Salobre Golf Resort is a secluded area for peace and quiet, but at the same time is located only just a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or 40 minutes from the capital.
In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short drive! Villas Las Terrazas 6 has everything for a perfect holiday with VillaGranCanaria. Pool Features Rectangular-shaped, poolside shower, stainless steel ladder and roman steps to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 5 metres long, 2 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep. Services included in Villa Las Terrazas 6 in Salobre The services included in the price are: Welcome and personal key handover until 6 p.m. Late check in available and on request. Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa. Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning). We hebben dit huis 3 dagen van tevoren geboekt. De situatie ter plekke was dus bekend! Recht tegenover ons huis was een bouwplaats met graafmachines en vermaal machines kortom herrie !! Van 8-17 uur. Als de zon weg was op ons terras stopten de machines. Daardoor konden we niet buiten zitten in de rust waarvoor we dit appartement geboekt hadden.
