Dragon Cottage is an 18th Century Smugglers Cottage.
It is situated in the picturesque conservation area of Deal and is within a stone's throw of the beach.
It has a cosy sitting room with log fire and squishy sofa.
The well equipped kitchen diner is roomy and has a comfy chair as well as the formal dining area.
The courtyard garden is a sun trap and has a BBQ area as well as table and chairs.
There is a steep staircase to the upper floor so this property is not suited to anyone with mobility difficulties.
The bathroom is upstairs and there is one generous double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
The cottage is situated in the conservation area of Deal which is full of history and supports a thriving artistic community.
There is a wide range of shops nearby - both high street brands such as Boots, WH Smith, Costa coffee and also local butchers, fishmongers, bakers and Organic Veg shops such as No Name shop for cheese and olives, Hoxton Shop, Dunlin and Diver and 123 for gifts.
There is also a local Museum and the Art Galleries at Taylor Jones and Son and Joanne Harmer .

The property was absolutely fab! It had everything we could possibly need. The garden was also lovely and ideal for enjoying coffee in the morning and a nice glass of wine in the evening. The location was great. It’s in the conservation area and very close to the best chip shop in Deal! It’s also only a short stroll to the seafront and high street. We highly recommend!
