This is where the Pas Maï villa, Provençal from the 1950s, is located, on the upper part of Cap Ferrat in its setting of greenery and tranquility.
Facing South East, it benefits from plenty of sunshine.
The accommodation is on the garden level of the villa.
Completely renovated to provide all the comfort for a pleasant stay.
Made up of 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet.
On request, a 3rd bedroom with shower and toilet can be offered to you, but at an additional cost.
The living room around the (decorative) fireplace with sofa, bench, library of various books, trinkets and others.
Adjoining the living room is the indoor dining room with crockery and cutlery for the ambiance of your meals.

We had the most wonderful week in Cap-Ferrat. The home is lovely and perfect for a family vacation. The house is very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy the pool, cook, do laundry, and relax. The hosts are a lovely couple that live upstairs. They were so helpful and accommodating, and we cannot wait to go back again.
