Fantastic & Spacious family villa located next to the gorgeous La Zenia beach (3 min walk). The villa is ideal for large groups or families holidaying together.
The accommodation is arranged as follows -
GROUND FLOOR - (sleeps 9)large lounge and kitchen/diner, 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms
FIRST FLOOR (sleeps up to 7) (accessed via external stair case) - lounge and small kitchen, Two large bedrooms , Bathroom plus a huge terrace (accessed from each room) with views of the pool.
The garden has extensive terracing plus a large private pool with en-suite 6 person Hot Tub Jacuzzi , 2 large Poolside shaded sofa seating areas (one open and one shaded) plus a separate shaded dining area with large table for 12 persons , lots of sunbeds , charcoal BBQ area , Drinks fridge, Off street parking for 3 or 4 cars ., TV receiving European satellite channels (a couple of English speaking channels) , Fiber WIFI Internet system on both floors. There are 5 Air conditioning units Installed throughout the villa which assist in keeping the whole villa cool , Ceiling fans installed in some bedrooms. Local restaurants at La Zenia within 5 minutes walk, plus a very large selection at the Cabo Roig strip (only 10 minutes walk).
*** Pool heating available for winter season there is an extra charge of €250.00 per week or €350.00 for a two week stay ***

The villa is located on a quiet residential street and only a 3 minute walk from La Zenia beach. Plenty of restaurants, cafes & bars in the local area. Orihuela costa club (large outdoor leisure complex with 2 pools, tennis courts, restaurants) plus La Zenia Hotel with gym, spa and indoor pool are both within 5 mins walk (see map) La Zenia beach is popular all year round, its awarded the blue flag for its cleanliness and facilities, Lots of water sports on offer, jets skis for hire, surf boards sail boats etc. Both Alicante airport and Murcia airports are easily reached on traffic free motorways. Murcia airport is 45 mins Alicante airport 45 mins. For golf fans there are three fantastic Golf courses within a 5 - 10 min drive Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. The lively Spanish town of Torrevieja is a 10 min drive North along the coast and the famous LA Manga club is a 45 min drive south. Benidorm is 1 hour and 15 mins.
