Discover this cosy and newly refurbished studio apartment in Torremolinos, ideal for those looking for an intimate and light-filled space. Located just a few metres from the centre and with easy access by road and train, this flat has a private lift that connects directly to the Carihuela promenade and Bajondillo beach. In addition, the area offers all kinds of services: from supermarkets to restaurants and leisure options.



The studio, refurbished in spring 2019, stands out for its incredible sea views from its private balcony and the 10 square metre terrace, where you can enjoy a spectacular 180º panorama and the beautiful sunrises of the Costa del Sol. The living-dining room includes a double bed, table and chair, and a functional kitchen hidden behind sliding doors, equipped with a ceramic hob to comfortably prepare your meals.




Services and common areas



The complex has a large swimming pool with access for people with reduced mobility, surrounded by a large gazebo with garden furniture and a bar (drinks not included). For those travelling with children, there is a special pool for them and the perimeter of the communal areas is completely fenced for their safety. In addition, access to the lifts to the beach is restricted by coded cards, ensuring guests' privacy and security.



The accommodation also includes a parking space, making your stay easier if you arrive by car. Free WiFi is available so you'll always be connected during your break.
