Located just a few meters from the center and with easy access by road and train, this apartment features a private elevator that connects directly to the Carihuela promenade and Bajondillo beach.

The studio, renovated in the spring of 2019, stands out for its incredible sea views from its private balcony and the 10-square-meter terrace, where you can enjoy a spectacular 180º panorama and the beautiful sunrises of the Costa del Sol.
The living-dining room includes a double bed, a table and chair, and a functional kitchen hidden behind sliding doors, equipped with a ceramic hob for comfortably preparing your meals.
Services and Common Areas The complex has a large swimming pool with access for people with reduced mobility, surrounded by a spacious viewpoint with garden furniture and a bar (consumables not included).

Das Apartment ist angenehm klar in blau/weiß gestaltet. Vom Objekt gibt es bergseits Zugang zur Stadt oder meerseits zu den Promenaden mit Bars und Restaurants.
It was most enjoyable and the weather and setting were fantastic!

Very clean, and ideal location. Pool was lovely apart from issues as outlined below.

The bed is terrible, chairs on balcony should be better (nice to have 2 'lazy' chairs). The rest is OK. In general we had a good 4 weeks.
