Comfortable holiday home or weekend, 10 minutes from the coast

In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, on the outskirts of Pont-l'Eveque, the house is 10 minutes from Deauville-Trouville, 15 minutes from Honfleur. Its location allows you to enjoy beaches, the countryside and surrounding towns. It is an ideal starting point to visit the various tourist sites of Normandy: Etretat, the landing beaches, Cabourg and the flowered coast, Caen, Rouen, Bayeux, Le Havre.
In a green setting, the rented house is close to that of the rental owners. But you will be completely independent and can fully enjoy the garden.
The house includes the following parts:
- on the ground floor a living room, with a sofa bed comfortable 160 cm (2 persons), cable TV
- and an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven)
- upstairs, a large room with a 160 cm bed
- and a landing room with a 90 cm bed.
On request, we can add, in the landing room, a second bed 90 cm for a second young child, or a cot.
Outside, you have a private terrace with table, chairs, umbrella, and sun loungers.
