At Port de Pollença, Villa Piedra is located on a 10.000 m² plot of land, which is situated on a mountain and enchants guests with its wonderful vegetation.
The 180 m² holiday home offers a living/dining room with old stone walls and rustic wooden beams, a very well-equipped country kitchen with another dining area, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each), 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.
The utter highlight is the fantastic outdoor area, which you can explore peacefully and where a paradisiacal garden with Mediterranean plants welcomes you. Nestled between green bushes, blossoming flowers and shady trees, a terrace, a pool area and many comfortable seats and sun loungers await you. Refresh yourself in the cool water of the 70 m² pool, while you enjoy the view of the mountain range on the horizon - everyday stress is quickly forgotten here! The nearest supermarket is 2.6 km or a 7-minute drive away and a selection of restaurants is 1.8 km or a 5-minute drive from the accommodation.
The harbour of Port de Pollença as well as the sandy beaches of the coastal town are only 3 km away.

Wir haben Ablagefächer im Schrank vermisst. Das könnte man verbessern.

Die Lage ist top, das Haus wunderschön, der Pool und der Garten eine Augenweide. Xisco ist supernett. Er kommt sofort und löst ein Problem, gibt Tipps und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Die Reninigungsfachkraft ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Was noch besser sein könnte, sind die Betten und Matratzen. E...
Eine traumhafte Finca mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool

Die Finca liegt in traumhafter Lage, fußläufig zum Supermarkt und auch zur Promenade mit sämtlichem Restaurants, aber trotzdem ruhig und idyllisch am Rande von Puerto de Pollenca. Der wunderschön angelegte Garten mit dem großen und sauberen Pool werden vom Vermieter super gepflegt. Die Finca hat die notwendigste Ausstattung, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Bei unserem Aufenthalt zum Beginn der Saison war es kühler als üblich. Da wir zudem vermutlich die ersten Gäste der Saison waren, war die Finca recht ausgekühlt. In den Schlafzimmern konnte aber mit Klimaanlagen geheizt werden und der Vermieter hat noch zwei Heizstrahler bereit gestellt.
