The outdoor barbecue area is perfect for preparing delicious al fresco meals while keeping an eye on the children playing nearby.
This property boasts an unbeatable location: less than a 10-minute drive from the airport, the beach, and Malaga's city center.
It's also close to supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure areas like Guadalhorce Park and golf courses, with easy access to public transport (bus stop 160 meters away).
Inside, the 215 m² villa offers five tastefully decorated, bright, and cozy bedrooms accommodating up to 10 people.
Two special rooms stand out: an attic with skylights providing unique light and an ideal desk for work or study, and the master bedroom on the second floor with its own television, private living area, and a spacious bathroom to relax in after a day of excursions or beach time.
The living room is large and elegant, with free WiFi and a TV for family time or absolute relaxation.
The modern and bright kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, and if you need anything else, there are shopping centers and supermarkets just minutes away.
The villa is heated with a gas boiler for colder days and has air conditioning throughout the house, except for one ground-floor bedroom.
The heated pool will be available at 28°C from October 1st to April 30th, with a daily supplement which must be contracted for the entire stay.
To ensure a peaceful coexistence, the urbanization has security personnel who monitor safety and neighborly respect, ensuring a family-friendly and tranquil atmosphere.

There was plenty of space for the family. The location was quick & convenient from the airport. We could walk to the beach & catch a bus to Malaga, so no need for a car.
The external blinds could do with servicing as it was difficult to lower many of them. The loft room had no blind for the Velux window, which would be a problem in Summer.

Everything you needed for the week within easy reach of the villa
Cleanliness of the outside furniture particular the rattan seating covers and sunbed covers. These are the items we used most and they were really grubby and stained. The rest of they Villa was good. There appears to be a leak in a pipe under the grass which makes a 4foot bog
