Villa Casa Blanca Carbo enjoys a unique location, directly above the pristine Cala San Vicente.

This whitewashed villa offers spectacular panoramic sea views, as well as spacious terraces for exciting outdoor living for up to 6 guests.

The attractive kidney-shaped private pool is the perfect spot for relaxing hours in the sun. The entrance to the villa leads into a hallway with doors on either side, one of which is a small bedroom with bunk beds.

Adjacent to this is a family bathroom with a shower.

There is also a twin-bedded room and a master bedroom.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The main family bathroom has a full-sized bath with a shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped and has a pantry.

From the kitchen there is a door that leads out to the path around the side of the villa and a small terrace with viewing points.

The L-shaped dining/living room is tastefully decorated in neutral cream and brown tones.

The living area comprises two seating areas, one set up as a TV area.

Large glass doors lead out onto a covered terrace. Outside, accessed via the lounge, is a covered terrace with a glass table and chairs for al fresco dining and steps down to the kidney-shaped pool with two semi-circular steps for entry.

A little further on is a first viewing point where uninterrupted views of the mountains where they end and the sea begins can be enjoyed.

From here there is a full 180º view.

To the other side of the property is another viewing terrace this time with bench seating and sea views.

Small sailing boats can be seen passing here. Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Information to consider In the event of lost keys or keys being left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left at the property.

Guests must remove all waste, otherwise a fee of €150 will apply for waste management. Guest check-in is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016).

Near the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
