The 3-bedroom Villa Pins is a cozy and elegant villa with a private pool, ideally located within the sought-after resort of Cala San Vicente, with its 3 sandy bays and crystal-clear waters just a short walk away.

Sleeping 6 guests in comfortable furnished interiors, the villa boasts air conditioning and is the perfect choice for all those guests looking for a truly Mallorcan holiday without the constant need for a car.

The bays that make up Cala San Vicente (called Cala Clara, Cala Barques and Cala Molins respectively) are a charming jewel of Mallorca, still hidden from mass tourism, and the perfect place to relax and unwind in a welcoming and friendly environment. Inside, the villa is modern, conveniently located on one floor and carefully finished to provide an unforgettable holiday surrounded by all the comforts.

There is a large living room with an adjoining kitchen and dining area, with large patio doors opening directly onto the pool patios and gardens with lawns, shrubs and pine trees.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a holiday, and the living room features comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels) and a DVD player.

There are 3 bedrooms in total, one double and 2 twin rooms, as well as 2 large bathrooms with showers.

Air conditioning in the two double bedrooms is available at fixed hours between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

The single room does not have air conditioning.

The upper floor of the villa belongs to another property and does not share the gardens or the pool, which remain for the exclusive use of guests staying at Villa Pins. Outside, the villa offers the unbeatable plus of exclusive gardens with lawns and mature trees, as well as a private pool.

Deciding whether to stay by the pool or enjoy a stroll to the beach will be a difficult decision! The pool measures 4m x 3m and the depth is 1.8m - 2.10m.

Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for guests. The tourist tax is included in the price. Important information to consider In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left on the property.

Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of €150 will apply for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
