Perfectly located just a few minutes from the stunning sandy beach of Playa De Muro and a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants, this villa is the perfect choice for a truly Mallorcan holiday close to all amenities.
The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private swimming pool and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people in modern, air-conditioned interiors.
The large private pool is surrounded by pleasant terraces and gardens that provide excellent privacy compared to other properties in a similar location.
No car is required! Inside, the villa is spread over a single floor and consists of a large, light-filled living room (satellite TV, wi-fi internet, sofa bed) with an adjoining dining area, a fully equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, 4-ring hob, fridge, freezer), a spacious master en-suite bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower room, and direct access to the outside, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom with a shower.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and the interiors have just been fully renovated. Outside, the private swimming pool is set in spacious terraces with Mediterranean flowers and shrubs.
It measures 6 x 4m, with a depth of 1.5m and is accessed via Roman steps.
Parasols and 4 sun loungers are provided for guests to enjoy.
There are also comfortable shaded seating and dining areas outside for further relaxation during the hottest parts of the day or for enjoying a delicious al fresco meal.
A barbecue is provided. Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is private parking on site for those who wish to travel by car. Tourist tax is included in the rates. Important information to consider: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left at the property.
Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Covid bedingt ruhige Lage. In wenigen Minuten zum sehr schönen Strand.
Trotz Stadtlage uneinsichtig.
Erhaltungszustand mittelmäßig. Renovierung tlw. erforderlich. Ameisenplage.Herd Backofen und 1 Platte defekt. Bäder . WcSitz defekt.Pool wird nur mit Kescher gereinigt , gehört Boden abgesaugt.

We had a great time in Villa Carmen. The villa is very spacious for 2 adults and 3 kids and had everything we needed. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a lovely walk along the seafront to Port D'Alcudia. Will definitely look to stay in the future.
Maybe new covers for the beds. Also, very few english channels on tv- not a major issue for us as the kids could watch tv our laptop.
