Inside, the villa is spread over one floor and comprises a large light-filled living room (satellite TV, wi-fi internet, sofa bed) with adjoining dining area, a fully equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, 4 ring hob, fridge, freezer), a spacious master bedroom suite with double bed, en-suite shower room and direct access to the outside, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. The rooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price) and the interiors have just been fully renovated.



Outside, the private swimming pool is set in spacious terraces with Mediterranean flowers and shrubs. It measures 6 x 4 m, its depth is 1.5 m and access is via a Roman staircase. Sunshades and 4 sun loungers are provided for guests to enjoy. There are also comfortable shaded sitting and dining areas outside for further relaxation during the hottest hours of the day or to enjoy a delicious meal al fresco. A barbecue is provided.




Free air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 hours and from 20:00 to 08:00
