Across a long driveway lined with pine trees, Villa La Cala is a stunning holiday home located within walking distance of the beautiful Cala San Vicente, with its 3 sandy bays (which is only 1.5 km away). Surrounded by spacious terraces, landscaped gardens, and provided with 4 bedrooms along with a cosy private swimming pool, Villa La Cala is set to impress.
The villa (on 2 floors) is particularly airy and bright, with many large windows offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The L-shaped kitchen is complete with a breakfast table and chairs and leads to the outdoor pool/dining area. The kitchen also leads to a lounge and separate dining room, both with stone fireplace and many original Mallorcan features, both modern and antique. Three double glass doors lead out to the lower terrace. Off the lounge is a double bedroom situated to the rear of the villa, along with a cloakroom/WC. A large section of local rock is built into the wall of this room. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the remaining 3 bedrooms are located. There is an en suite which is accessed via a door to a small hallway with fitted wardrobes. Off this hallway is a bathroom with shower and doors leading to the upper terrace. A further double bedroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom are located on the upper floor and both have doors leading to the upper terrace. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor. The rooms at Villa La Cala are air conditioned.
Villa La Cala is also the perfect choice for enjoying the outdoors, all summer long. There are spacious terraces, beautifully furnished, and unique features that make the property a special holiday home. The lower terrace has an antique glass table and dining chairs at one end and a bamboo sofa and comfortable armchairs at the other. Then to the right, as you approach the villa, is the walled pool area with terrace, pool shower and sun loungers. Three steps lead down to a pathway that encircles three sides of the property and leads to two small bridges over a stream and a short walk through the garden. Trees have been planted at the front of the property.
