All Season Sun is an excellent 240 sqm villa, located just a short drive from Rethymno town, offering beautiful views and all possible facilities to easily accommodate up to 8 people.
The area is ideal for athletic activities, cycling, and hiking.
This modern-designed villa is constructed using the highest quality materials and is spread across three floors.
It consists of two individual and interdependent apartments spread in 3 levels, surrounded by furnished relaxation areas and a garden. On the middle floor there is a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable sofa that turns to a bed, a fireplace and a large tv set. Next to it there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave, kettle.
Furthermore, at this level there is a bathroom and a storage room.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, one spacious double one and two single bedrooms.
Furthermore, a fully equipped bathroom and a small hallway with a working space and a seating area.
Finally, at the lowest level there are two bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom.The villa is fully equipped with modern appliances, such as Satellite TV sets, Wi-Fi coverage, individually controlled air conditioners, HiFi, DVD, washing machine, tumble dryer. Outside, you'll find a private 20 sqm swimming pool surrounded by loungers and umbrellas, as well as a stone-built BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Next door to the villa is the sister villa All season Star for larger groups. Just 200 meters from the villa, there is a traditional tavern and two mini markets.
Rethymno town, with its famous Renaissance atmosphere, museums, restaurants, an organized sandy beach, and various tourist facilities, is only 3 km away. The settlement of Gallou is a semi-mountain village in the prefecture of Rethymno with lush vegetation throughout the year located southwest of the city of Rethymno.In the settlement of Gallou, which has been declared traditional since 1995, there are supermarkets, sports facilities, the National Stadium of Rethymno, municipal tennis courts, taverns with traditional Cretan cuisine, cafeterias and newly built residences for students, since 200 meters away there is the University of Crete. The house has all amenities you can think of and the combination of 2 houses/ appartments in 1 with 3 bath rooms, 5 bedrooms and 2 kitchens brings a lot of benefits for a multi-family stay. Our coffee machine broke and was replaced in 2 hours, the house was cleaned 2x per week including towel and linnen change - great service! Thank you for the amazing stay.

The large villa provided lots of space for us all to enjoy our holiday and relax. The outdoor areas and swimming pool are brilliant and the location to Rethimno and beaches is excellent.

We loved the amenities in this beautiful village above the University. It was close to town and we had a nice coffee shop on the corner. Around the corner was Taverna Christos with one of the best meals we ate in Crete! There was also a grocery store where we were able to buy quick snacks and water. We loved the pool and the patio to hang out with our adult children. We had an amazing vacation!
