On the ground floor level, an entrance, a double living room with large bay windows opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool, an independent fitted kitchen. A wc with sink.
On the first floor, 3 double bedrooms with sea view, a separate toilet, a bathroom and a shower room.
On the lower level on the garden level, a 40 m2 suite with a shower room and a separate toilet.

Une magnifique villa, dont le cadre compense largement l’accès un peu plus difficile que d’autres propriétés louées par ni le passé. Une villa où l’on se sent bien et qui a une âme. Tenir par les propriétaires occupants, on note de suite la différence! Une villa charmante, chaleureuse et bien équipée pour y cuisiner et où on a le goût de se poser. Très bien adaptée pour les enfants!

The house is wonderful and is better in reality and Gil was very helpful and service minded. We stayed 5 people including 3 teenagers. The house is very well equipped.
