direkte Lage am Wasser und die gute Ausstattung (Haushaltsgeräte, Geschirr use.) Jedoch sind die Schlafräume sehr klein bzw. teilweise niedrig und die Zuwegung ist schwierig (kleiner Abhang) zum Transport des Gepäcks usw. da man nicht unmittelbar am Haus parken kann!
