This charming rental occupies the ground level of the home and consists of two bedrooms, a living area, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker, a full bath, and a washer/dryer to make you feel right at home in no time. There is free WiFi, a small library, DVDs, and access to numerous entertainment channels, so returning home each night will be filled with fun for the whole family.

When you want to venture out, check out Castillo de San Marcos - built between 1672 and 1695 by the Spanish, as it served as a fort for more than 200 years, protecting the territory of Spanish Florida from the British and pirates. It is the oldest masonry fortification in the U.S. and the only surviving 17th-century military site in the country. The Lightner Museum is located just south of Flagler College near St. Augustine's historic city center and housed the former Alcazar Hotel, which was built by Henry Flagler in 1888! The museum features an impressive collection of 19th-century art. Saint Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum was built between 1871 and 1874 and the 165-foot-tall lighthouse (you can climb the 219 steps to the top) is the oldest surviving brick structure in St. Augustine featuring shipwreck artifacts and a wooden boat building exhibit. Saint George Street, the city's central pedestrian thoroughfare, is home to antiquities, historic attractions, and restaurants.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
