The ground floor comprises a spacious living room with an adjoining dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and a family bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a small laundry room.
The kitchen and living room open onto the pool terrace, which also features a shaded dining area.
An impressive staircase leads to the first floor, where two further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located.
The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to two terraces – one overlooking the pool and the other with distant sea views.
The second bedroom has twin beds (which can also be zipped together on request) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and access to the pool-facing balcony.
The property has air conditioning (available at fixed times between 2 PM-4 PM and 8 PM-8 AM). Outside, the villa boasts spacious sun terraces surrounding the property, as well as a generous private swimming pool. The pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and a pleasant shaded area. Ultimately, a house for a great experience. The Ecotax is included in the price. Important information: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be charged. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
