3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with shared pool. An absolutely charming villa. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Set in a small complex of only three similar detached villas sharing lovely well kept gardens and pool. The villa has fantastic sea views and a roof terrace perfect for sunbathing plus the added benefit of Air Conditioning / Heating in all 3 bedrooms and the lounge.


Complementary WIFI and internet UK television is now provided.


As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply bookings during the low and mid seasons. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.


Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).

A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking.


Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.


Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before.


Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
