This modern, spacious 2-bedroom penthouse apartment is located in the extensive and well-maintained Selwo Hills residential complex in Estepona.
The complex offers beautifully maintained communal gardens and a swimming pool.
At just 900 meters away, the beach is only a few minutes away. The apartment has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning as well as hot and cold water.
A secure underground parking garage is also available. The beautifully furnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached by elevator from the garage or the first floor.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with separate utility terrace and a dining terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens and mountains.

Schöne Aussicht, der Pool ist angenehm allerdings sollte an der Umrandung nachgebessert werden, Verletzungsgefahr.
Die Lage ist schon ziemlich weit außerhalb, und im Haus gehört einiges mal etwas aufgefrischt (Matratzen, sitzpolster und die Dusche).

Hemos pasado una semana en agosto y todo genial,Silvia un encanto, nos recibieron con fruta y agua fresca . Pepe se encargo de limpiar la piscina y todo el exterior sin molestar nada.Fallos en la casa la Tv no se veía solo un par de canales y no funcionaba el WiFi.El resto fenomenal la casa cumple con lo que enseña en las fotos, bonita y tranquila.🙂
