Light and cozy bungalow in an urbanization “Oasis Beach”, with 2 bedrooms and a big terrace, in a 1 minute walk from the best shopping center in our area “La Zenia Boulevard”.
It can comfortably accommodate 4 people: it is supplied with two single beds a double bed.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to feel like at home: there is air conditioning cold/heat, 42-inch flat-screen TV in the living room, washing machine, ceramic hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board.
In urbanization there are several communal swimming pools, children playground, ping-pong table, and a big area to relax.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.

The car can be parked in the closed communal parking.

A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days after check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Check-in takes place until 21:00.
