Platanias Villa Spyros is a stunning, contemporary villa in the heart of the renowned tourist destination of Platanes, Rethymno, Crete.

A large satellite TV, a cozy fireplace, and a sofa bed provide entertainment and comfort.
In addition to a double bed bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a washing machine, there is another bedroom with two bunk beds.
Connected to this room, a charming attic hosts another double bedroom adorned with contemporary furnishings, complete with a small shower bathroom. Accessed via an external staircase, the first-floor apartment offers an open-space living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped, modern kitchen.
Two generously sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another with a double bed, provide comfortable accommodation.
An additional spacious bathroom with a shower enclosure enhances the convenience of this apartment.
A capacious balcony on this floor boasts breathtaking sea views, two sunbeds, and a dining table. On the same floor, the third apartment includes a living area, dining area, a separate open-plan modern kitchen, and a double bed bedroom.

The villa was in the perfect location. Lots of restaurants, shops all in walking distance. The villa itself we had all 3 as a family of 12. The top two apartments look recently renovated and we’re in a lovely condition.
The pool is lovely, cleaned and looked after daily. The pool room is a great addition!
I would say the ground floor apartment needs a bit of renovating. It doesn’t have a shower, so everyone was going upstairs to shower.
The apartments seem to not be fully equipped in the kitchens.
The bbq isn’t usable as the grill is to close to the coals, we had to hunt around the area and bring b...
