The villa has its own private heated swimming pool (if heating required, £12 per day). Located near to the new yacht harbour Marina Rubicon, this is a private, safe and luxury residential resort in the south of the Canary island of Lanzarote.
Ideal for families or couples wishing to enjoy their holiday in a peaceful place, within walking distance of the golden beaches of Papagao and numerous restaurants of Playa Blanca.

The house was lovely and in a very convenient for restaurants - about a twenty minute walk most of which was along the shoreline. Excellent communication with hosts. Would certainly consider staying again if we're in the area.

This villa is the perfect price, spotless and perfect location for my favourite restaurants in the Marina Rubicon. I can not fault this villa in any way and I shall definitely return.
