This beautiful finca, located on a rural and forest environment, is a magic place. All corners invite to admire the privileged landscape and feel the peace, specially the area of the pool where you will be able to bask in the sun on the 12 sunloungers and enjoy a nice dip. The private chlorine pool sizes 18 x 7 metres and and the water depth ranges from 0.6 to 1.7 metres. The impressive table is the best place to enjoy your meals alfresco. The property is fenced and it offers total privacy.
The house comprises 2 floors. Preserving the real rock and stone walls, it welcomes you in a great hall and a traditional Majorcan living area. Next, you'll access the living-dining room where you can relax whilst watching the TV or tasting your best dishes cooked on the ceramic top. A bathroom with a tub and 2 bedrooms with a double bed each (one with AC and the other with a fan) complete the floor. On the first floor you have another living area perfect to have fun since you can play pool and table football. Then, there are 2 more bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a jetted tub, as well as 4 bedrooms with a double bed each (2 with AC and 2 more with a fan). All of them have an en-suite bathroom with a tub. There is a closet in each bedroom. A baby cot and a high chair are available. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The house is located in a privileged spot, amid beautiful fields and mountains, but still near the village, just 850 metres away. Selva is a lovely town at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range with the basic services like supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The best starting point for hikers and bikers. The nearest beach is the one in Puerto de Alcúdia about 25.9 km away.
