It benefits from a bar and two high stools.


BATHROOM 1
Bathroom 1 includes a pleasant shower, WC, a towel rail as well as a hairdryer.

Bathroom 2 also has a shower, WC, towel rail and hairdryer.


BEDROOM 1
Bedroom 1 overlooking the courtyard has a double bed, fan and large storage cupboard.

Bedroom 3 overlooking greenery includes a bunk bed as well as a cupboard.


You will find the washing machine in a small hatch between the two bathrooms.

On request, we can offer you a private parking space within a 5-minute walk of your flat (with supplement and subject to availability).


Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. It is scheduled to start between mid-November and mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
