The house can sleep five people in four bedrooms; an en-suite double on the second floor, two doubles and a single with cabin bed on the first floor, plus bathrooms on the first and ground floors. On the ground floor is a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen/breakfast room and a utility. Outside is an enclosed garden with an old hot house for storing beach and sailing gear, lawn and a courtyard with furniture. Just 600 yards from the centre of the town and within easy reach of beaches, 1 Florence Place is an ideal base for an interesting holiday in Cornwall.

Dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer, range-style electric oven/gas hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, wine cooler, TV/DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, phone. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
