L' accueil très ponctuel et chaleureux du concierge à l'arrivée et au départ, la vue ,la cuisine bien équipée, le confort des lieux , l'accessibilité aux commerces (vivier marché ) à pied.
La situation du logement, l' accès aux plages et sentiers de randonnées .
