Our vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house.
With 80 sqm of living space, it offers our guests two cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a living room, a spacious bathroom, a separate toilet, a small hallway, and a garden.
Here, our guests will find all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee pad machine, toaster, and kettle.
A cozy dining area invites you to linger.
We are happy to provide a high chair for our younger guests. The living room is partially separated from the kitchen by old half-timbering.
You can relax wonderfully on the large sofa, which can be used as an additional sleeping place if needed.
For entertainment, satellite TV, a DVD player, stereo system, board games, and books are available. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a vanity, a bathtub, and a large, walk-in shower.
Towels and a small selection of toiletries are of course provided for our guests. The bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2 m) is decorated in calm colors.

The ancestors of the builder operated the Hahnenmühle here around 1700. We acquired the house in 2015 and completely renovated and lovingly restored it by early 2017. From here, our guests can explore our beautiful region.
The Nahe cycle path runs through Nahbollenbach, and you can access the Saar-Hunsrücksteig trail approximately 600 meters away.

Vermieterin brachte uns Mineralwasser und Wein weil wir nicht mehr aus dem Haus wollten.
Ein Gastro-Tip war sehr gut. Wir haben dort zweimal gegessen.
Über den Fahradkeller gelangte man mit nur wenigen Stufen in die Wohnug. Das war beim Ein- und Auschecken sehr hilfreich.
Die Touristische Infrastruktur (im Winter) war nicht gut besonders gut. Das lag auch an den vielen Baustellen an der B41.
