This luxurious 5 bedroom villa offers spectacular views of the sea, a sun terrace with a swimming pool and a cascading Mediterranean landscaped garden that flows into a rocky beach which then leads into absolutely crystal clear aquamarine water.

- a living room with a fireplace, an indoor dining room for 12 people, an indoor kitchen with a breakfast bar
- 1 Kind size bed bedroom overlooking the sea with a fully equipped private bathroom
- separate toilet, laundry room, storage
First floor:
- 2 King size bed bedrooms with views of the sea and a fully equipped private bathroom
- 1 Family room / two rooms with King size bed and two single beds connected and have a shared bathroom /
Outdoor area 400 m2:
- an outdoor kitchen, an open fireplace with a grill
outdoor dining for 12 people
- a spacious terrace with a seating area - partially covered
lounge chairs, umbrellas, hammocks
- a freshwater heated pool with a custom fitted overflow system

Villa Roca is a very nice, modern, spacious house with a private beach, clean swimming pool facing sea located at peaceful and quiet place and offering always willing and helpful service. I was there with a couple of friends and their children - all of us were more than satisfied. I can confirm it has been really my best experience so far.

Wonderful, quiet place with amazing view. The villa is equipped in the best way, all brand new, the staff nice, ready to help with all activities we wanted to do. We stayed with the kids and really enjoyed it! Hope we will be able to return.

Urlaub zum Ausspannen !!!
Wundebarer und ruhiger Platz mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer. Diese Szenerie wird zusätzlich ergänzt mit einem Sprung ins Pool und jeden Abend mit perfekt ausgesuchten und wirklich gutem Wein - noch genüsslicher auf der Terrasse! Die beste Entspannung seit ein paar Jahren!
