Old Byre is for your private use, plus the patio area in-front of your entrance door. The lawned area is for the use of the guests from all three barns.
The Neighborhood:
Little Upton Farm lies only 5 minutes by car from Ryde’s Town Centre with its marina, boating lake, children’s rides, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling Greens, as well as having many international restaurants, pubs, cafés, boutiques, and antique shops. Something for everyone. Whilst the 6 miles of golden, gently sloping sandy beaches are ideal for bathing in the summer and breath-taking embracing walks in the winter. There is no better way to start your day, than taking a brisk walk from Ryde to Seaview while watching the sun rise, then pop into a café in Seaview and walk home.
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop just up the road at Upton Cross, it is an hourly service and takes you into Ryde, where you will find good transport links all around the island.

A jewel of a property. Every aspect of the property has been well thought of, with good quality kitchen ware (Joseph and Joseph, Schofield) and unique furniture throughout, everything has been lovingly designed to create comfort with style and elegance

Just returned from our stay at Old Byre, Little Upton Farm. The location is just idyllic, the barn is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could need. The hosts could not have been more helpful and added to our enjoyment of this very special place.
Many thanks it was just the holiday we needed, will definitely be back.
