The living room with satellite TV offers a large dining area.
The bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be pushed together upon request.
There is an additional TV in the bedroom.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet and a hairdryer.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
Our guests have free internet access via Wi-Fi.
The large terrace is for your sole use with sun loungers and a parasol.
There is also an e-bike charging facility at the house.

Our holiday apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes in our extensive network of hiking trails (Traumpfad Rheingoldbogen, Traumpfädchen Spayer Blick ins Tal, RheinBurgenWeg, Linksrheinischer Jakobsweg) as well as for cycling tours.
In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach our wineries and/or wine shops.

A parking space is available for your car, and Wi-Fi is free to use.

Super nette Vermieterin....man fühlte sich "Willkommen"....die Betten waren hervorragend,sodass man gut schlafen konnte....die Nähe zur Bahn und das das Bahnticket inkl war....so konnte man das Auto fast die ganze Zeit stehen lassen
Alles in allem OK, aber für gehbehinderte ohne Auto, nichts!

Sehr gute Lage, direkt in Bahnhofnähe und auch nur wenige Minuten Fußweg zum Rhein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Spay sind etwas beschränkt aber durch das kostenlose VRM Ticket kann man mit Bus oder Bahn schnell überall hinkommen. Schöne Terrasse. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist super.
