Beautiful holiday home with private pool in Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain for maximum 4 persons.
This beautiful and well maintained holiday villa is located at the foot of the mountain Montgo and offers fantastic views of the sea, the harbor and the bay of Denia, and the castle and the mountain range. The house is located at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet residential area and offers privacy. An extra-large pool (12 x 6 meters) is ideal for swimming, sunbathing and relaxation, thereby releasing the magnificent views over the bay of Denia. The center of Denia and the sandy beach of Las Marinas are about 5 minutes by car. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, keep the house cool in the hot summer months and warm during the winter.
Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 500,00 is required.

Fantastic
La casa es conjunto es ideal, pero el jardín le falta cuidado, los toldos están rotos, Una de las puertas correderas de la entrada permanece abierta no teníamos la llave para cerrarla. Pero en general nos ha encantado.
