Holiday home San Luis is a beach house on two floors, which integrates the residents directly into the Spanish summer life. A perfect view of the sea, the coast, the pebble beach, Cap San Antonio and the beach bars opposite make this place ideal. Directly opposite are the two large and popular beach bars La Siesta and Montgo di Bongo with access to a flat pebble beach that is very popular with surfers. For those who prefer the sandy beach of El Arenal, it can be reached in 2 minutes by car or in 14 minutes on foot. Many restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and the port of Javea are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in one or two minutes by car or with a leisurely stroll.
This property is a "must have" for all sea, beach and nature lovers, even in the low season. And ideal for all holidaymakers who don't want to move the car much, since all facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops and pharmacies can be reached on foot. Right in front of San Luis, on the beach road, there is a beautiful bike path and wide sidewalks for walking. Location of Villa perfect. Villa could do with a bit of an upgrade especially the bathrooms. Not enough comfortable seating in livingroom for 6 people. Kitchen cupboards very cluttered, especially the glasses. Only 4 sun loungers. Plenty room to have at least 6.

Excellent service of the rental company, friendly and flexible staff. Property is at a great location and very suitable for a family with young children during the off-season period (enclosed property area, no swimming pool, robust and spacious house, facilities like restaurents and super markets within walking distance).
