VILLA PHOEBE LAYOUT : The accommodation at ground level consists of open plan living area with comfortable sofas, fireplace, dining, full kitchen, WC and storage room with washing machine. Two patio doors leading to a very spacious fully furnished veranda enable you to dine outside. The views from the veranda, as well from the inside of the villa are amazing. From the veranda you can reach the paved pool area, the stone built BBQ and the beautiful gardens. Shaded small veranda by the entrance.
The Private Pool (2.5m x 5.5m) with large pool steps is equipped with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, outside shower and has professional maintenance.
An internal staircase leads on the upper level of the villa where you will find one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with twin beds and full bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have amazing sea view and access to the upper balcony.
The secluded area of the villa has local flowers and trees.

Second time there. Lovely stone house with all mod cons. Three patio areas, all with chairs or loungers, giving full flexibility where ever the sun was. Two sun umbrellas. Nice small pool. 2 restaurants shop and bakery within 10-15 minutes walk (no vegetables or cold stuff). Met by owner at la...
