Nestled in the heart of Portreath, The Boys' Cottage has been thoughtfully restored to offer a haven of comfort and charm for your holiday retreat. This coastal gem, with its inviting ambience and proximity to the sands of Portreath Beach, promises a snug and tranquil holiday home. Positioned in a prime location, the property sits within easy reach of a variety of water sports, scenic walks, shops, and dining options.
On the ground floor, you'll discover the snug sitting room, adorned with an electric stove within a feature fireplace, accompanied by a Smart television. The spacious kitchen is thoroughly equipped, with an oven and hob, dishwasher, under-counter fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Adjacent, a cosy dining nook features seating for four guests, with access to the delightful courtyard for al-fresco dining, complemented by a charcoal barbecue. The first floor offers an expansive master bedroom, boasting a king-size bed complemented by a decorative fireplace, a window seat, and a sitting area to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The second bedroom offers twin single beds, while the modern family bathroom is finished with a bath and overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
Along with your private courtyard, there are stairs leading you up to lovely terraced gardens with up to two sun decks providing wonderful sea views.

Nice House with a great view. The relatively big and well equipped kitchen stands out. Also very quiet place, ideal to relax and do walks along the Coast. Little Supermarket nearby.

Nice cottage, well equipped. A short flat walk along a quiet lane to the beach. Parking slightly along the lane was never a problem. Fantastic terrace - you climb steps up the cliffside then can watch the world go by, the sea in the distance, from your own private little viewing platform.

We had a lovely stay in The Boys Cottage, the location is brilliant and never had a trouble parking. It is a lovely cottage but could do with some updating and a bigger fridge.
The patio area is very a steep climb but the views from the top are amazing.
