The holiday home with 11 flats for 2-6 persons is located directly on the most beautiful sandy beach of Duce near Omis. All rental units offer a balcony or terrace with a wonderful sea view, satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and 2 free sun loungers for the beach directly in front of the house.

You can park your car safely in the free car park directly at the house. The house has a beach bar on the ground floor. Here, you can also get your breakfast (buffet) in the morning if you wish. During the day and in the evening, you can choose from all kinds of refreshments, soft drinks, draught beer, cocktails and ice cream sundaes.


The beach:

Duce and especially the area around the house have one of the few fine sandy beaches on the Croatian Adriatic coast. The beach itself is surrounded by a 15 metre wide belt of shady tamarisk trees, which makes it much easier to get used to the intense sun during the first few days. After another 20 metres of sand, you reach the crystal-clear water, which is between 24 and 26 degrees Celsius and invites you to take a dip.

The beach slopes slowly, and adults can "walk" almost 200 metres into the sea before they lose their footing. The shallow water of the beach makes it ideal for children, especially as it is calm, almost waveless water without any kind of current near the beach.
