Private Desert Oasis with Great Mountain, Lake & Sunset Views

Ready for a relaxing, private get-away with blue skies, palm trees and a serene mountain backdrop? Our newly-renovated condo has it all: mountain and lake views, located on the Arnold Palmer golf course of Mission Hills Country Club. The back patio faces southwest and supplies the beautiful sunsets.

Our contemporary condo has been completely renovated recently. Floor-to-ceiling windows with plantation shutters bring in natural light all day. The expanded kitchen features granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and great storage. The kitchen is fully stocked and a separate laundry room is right off the kitchen. The living room features a stacked-stone wall, a custom designed wet bar and comfortable seating. The patio just off the living room has southwestern views, hummingbirds and a Meyer lemon tree. It was expanded in September 2019 with more seating and a built-in bbq center with granite countertops. On cooler nights, turn on the gas fire pit, bring out the hors d'oeuvres and spend an enchanted evening watching the sunset over the San Jacinto Mountains as the hummingbirds fight over their place at the feeder.

Our condo features two en-suite bedrooms, both with king beds. The master bathroom has separate vanity areas with granite countertops, vessel sinks and new light fixtures. The guest bathroom has granite countertops and new light fixtures.

Venturing outside the condo is equally enticing. Golf is available at the adjacent Westin Mission Hills Resort. As our guests, take advantage of our tennis membership at Mission Hills and enjoy the tennis and fitness facilities for a nominal fee. If relaxation is the order of the day, take a long morning walk around the grounds, then spend the afternoon at the Spa and Salon at Mission Hills and finish the day at the pool and hot tub located just steps from our back patio and just off the edge of the fairway.

There is so much to explore in the Palm Springs area: hiking in Joshua Tree National Park (incredible!), riding the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, enjoying the Living Desert Zoo, spending an evening at the McCallum Performing Arts Theatre, wandering around 'The River', shopping at the El Paseo Shopping District, strolling through the Moorten Botanical Garden or treasure-hunting at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets. The list of things to do is endless, matched only by the opportunity to do nothing but relax at our desert oasis.
