The shower tap is is very difficult to use an impossible to use for my elderly relative

The cottage was cosy and well decorated. Very convenient location for the town and perfect for a small group.
The one downside was the very late check-in. 7pm is very late to arrive at a rental house (even the booking agent thought it must be a mistake when I checked).
