Apartment Vista Maritima is a perfectly located 1 bedroom apartment right in the heart of Playa Blanca with incredible views over Playa Blanca's original beach.
The apartment has been decorated beautifully, but the real selling point of this apartment is the view! You literally can not get much closer to the sea without getting wet. The apartment is in the heart of Playa Blanca, overlooking the original town beach.
Apartment Vista Maritima has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and air conditioning.
There is a separate shower room. The main living area is an open plan style with the lounge having the stunning sea views you can see in the photos.
The kitchen is practical and well equipped with a washing machine available. The location is the perfect for beach lovers or for couples that wish to be in the heart of Playa Blanca.
There is no need for a car as all the main restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. Towels and linen are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday. AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE.
We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list. CAR HIRE.
We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative. PLEASE NOTE: All payments are taken in GBP and either a £7.50 per person per stay Breakages Insurance or £400 Refundable Security Deposit is payable.

Waking up in the morning to the sound of the waves is wonderful. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Although there is no balcony, it is not a problem as the windows fully open. You are almost on the beach!
We loved this apartment. Would definitely return.

The view was stunning. Central to the whole resort. Appreciated the water and wine left for us. We're not late night folk and so we're glad that the music stopped at midnight in the Irish bar next door. We realised it would be noisy, others were enjoying their holidays too. Not terribly disruptive really.

We love everything about the apartment, Lorena looks after us so so we’ll, and is a really loving lady, Paloma was really helpful and pleasant as always, the Villas now team were exceptional in helping us extend our stay, and all throughout the booking process and are really pleasant to deal with, all in all we find the apartment a real Gem, Steve & Angie
