Welcome to Villa Mayamar! This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa is sure to impress and will provide you all the space you need to have an unforgettable holiday. Located in the lush development of Playacar, the Mayamar Villas are well situated so that you can enjoy the all that Playa del Carmen has to offer. The large bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and comfortable outdoor seating are some of the key features of the beautiful villa.


The Space
From the moment you walk through the front door, you will be impressed by the amount of space this villa has to offer. The large kitchen is just off the entrance and has lots of cupboards, a gas stove, and everything you'll need to cook up a gourmet meal!

Past the kitchen, you'll find the dining area with glass table and space for 6 with two additional seats at the sit-up bar. This will be the place to gather around a nice meal after a long day to recount the days events and laugh over all the memories made. the dining space is open to the living area with large TV (cable - English/Spanish) and comfy seating. From here, you can see out onto the outdoor terrace through the dual sliding doors. Out on the terrace, there is a table and chairs for 4, a large umbrella and a great view of the pool nearby. This is also where you'll find the Weber gas barbecue.

On the main floor, you'll also find the first bedroom. With king bed and attached full bathroom, this is perfect place for a couple or those with mobility issues. Between this bedroom and the front door, you'll also have access to a half bathroom, great for visitors.

Head up to the second floor where you'll find the second bedroom. In this large room with high ceilings, there are two queen beds, lots of closet space and a full bathroom with walk-in shower and stone counter tops.

Lastly, the master bedroom is also on the second floor and will be your oasis of relaxation. The first thing you'll notice is how large the space is. There is a king sized bed, flat screen smart tv and high ceilings creating a large open feel. Just off the bed, there are dual sliding doors opening onto a large balcony with seating for two. With a view of the pool below, this a great place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a long day with evening cocktails. Feeling tense after a long day at the beach? Head into the master bathroom where you'll find a wonderful large jetted tub. There is also a walk-in shower for your comfort and great stone counters.

The common space of the Mayamar Villas has a large pool with small palapa and some loungers for you to enjoy and soak up that wonderful Caribbean sunshine. However, once you feel like going out, you are walking distance to historic 5th Avenue with all of it's restaurants, shops and bars, a definite "must do". Want to head over the the beach? Grab a few of the beach chairs and grab a taxi for quick access, or walk over for a bit of extra exercise. All in all, this villa is ideally situated for you to enjoy all aspects of Playa del Carmen!!
It is important to mention that this unit has an small AC in the top floor, the air conditioning does work but please do not expect it to get very cold as the space above is quite large.


Guest Access
Guest will have access to the entire villa except for one storage closet. The kitchen comes complete with all of the cooking ware you'll need, dishes, cutlery, etc.

The Neighborhood
Playacar is a lush subdivison of Playa del Carmen. A great place to walk around and make sure to be on the lookout for several different animals that wander around.


Getting Around
You'll have no issues finding a taxi just outside of your villa. You can also walk to nearly everything.


Other Things to Note
● Your payment is managed by the platform, we do not get the payout until your reservations starts. Any doubts regarding payment please reach the platform.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

● You may be asked to wear a brazalete during your stay, please follow the complex rules.

● It is important to mention that this unit has a small AC in the top floor, the air conditioning does work but please do not expect it to get very cold as the space above is quite large.
