Charming townhouse, perfect for your family vacation in Salou, just a 2-minute walk from Cala Crancs beach and 10 minutes from La Pineda beach.
Cala Crancs, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful coves in Salou, is surrounded by cliffs and nature.
An idyllic setting where you can also enjoy excellent services such as showers, restrooms, sun lounger rental, a lifeguard, and a beach bar with one of the best mojitos in Salou :) LAYOUT: The house is part of a residential complex of 24 townhouses arranged in several blocks, all sharing a fantastic communal area of over 3,000 m2 with lawn gardens and a swimming pool.
From the communal area, there is direct access to the beach via a small path, but if you are traveling with very young children, we recommend accessing it from the street, where the slope is gentler.
The house, which can accommodate 7 people, consists of 2 floors connected by an internal staircase: The ground floor has: - A terrace of about 20 m2 with impressive sea views. - A pleasant living-dining room with access to the large terrace and a small private garden with sea views.
There is a trundle bed for the 7th person. - An open-plan kitchen with a window overlooking the communal area.
On the first floor, you will find: - A double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and access to a terrace with pleasant sea views. - A bedroom with 2 single beds with built-in wardrobes and sea views. - A bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. - A full bathroom with a shower.
HIGHLIGHTS: - 2 air conditioning units: one in the living room and another in the hallway on the first floor to cool the bedrooms. - Reservations for young groups are not accepted. - Pets are not allowed. - Seasonal outdoor swimming pool. - Prime location. -Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price.
Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival.
This includes providing occupant details as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments.
Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery.
The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information regarding this.

We’ve stayed in this complex four times already, and this was the third house we chose – definitely the best one so far! We’ll book it again next time.
The ground-floor terrace is excellent, and the open balcony upstairs is a great bonus. The bathroom is superb. The kitchen/living area is very convenient and well equipped.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue sur la crique depuis la terrasse, la proximité de la plage, le barbecue.
La literie est très très mauvaise...mal au dos assuré !
Du coup, j"ai dormi sur le canapé.
Au tarif payé, la literie doit être améliorée.
