The UHC SOL I MAR FAMILY COMPLEX complex is located in a privileged setting in Salou. Just a few steps from the Paseo Miramar and Ponent Beach.
The Ponent Beach, awarded with the Blue Flag, offers excellent services such as sun lounger hire, parasols, disabled access, lifeguard posts every few metres and a multitude of playgrounds and children's areas. If you are looking for a beach holiday with your family, this flat is what you were looking for.
It is an old and unique building in Salou. It has been completely refurbished with great taste, preserving its great modernist value.

The flat with capacity for up to 8 people, consists of a bright living-dining room, large terrace, a large well equipped independent kitchen, a master bedroom suite with double bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a third bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom with bathtub.

- Optional parking with supplement (not suitable for large cars)
- Tourist tax not included in the price of the accommodation. The keys can be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is compulsory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' details required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee delivery of the keys. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information in this regard.

De ruimte van het appartement.
De airconditioning deed het prima.
De ruime balkon.
De goede ligging.
Parkeerplaats.
Huisdier vriendelijk.
Zwembad op het dak.
Bij aankomst eerst zelf maar alle vertrekken opnieuw gedweild want er hing een muffe geur. Het water was zwart van het dweilen dus vloeren waren vies. Kwaliteit van de keuken apparatuur zeer matig. Vaatwasser deed het slecht. Keukengerei zoals pannen zeer matig aanwezig maar ook zijn beste tijd geha...
