It can accommodate 12 people and has 6 double bedrooms, all en suite with their own bathrooms. 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds. 3 bathrooms with bathtubs and 3 bathrooms with showers.
Several separate living rooms, a lounge with a fireplace, a large dining room.
Modern, fully equipped kitchen, also with its own dining area. Exterior: Porch, garden, and private pool.
Built-in barbecue and shaded picnic table.
Garden furniture, sun loungers. The villa is located in the Vilafortuny urbanization, between Cambrils and Salou.
A few meters from the house, you will find supermarkets.
The beach is about 800m away.
It is part of a residential complex with high-quality community facilities: large garden, swimming pool, children's pool, tennis court, and fronton court. HIGHLIGHTS: - Weekly change of sheets and towels for bookings of 2 weeks or more. - Free beach/pool towels. - WIFI included during your stay. - Air conditioning in 4 of the 6 bedrooms.
Two bedrooms with double beds do not have an air conditioning unit (split). - This villa is only rented to families.
Group bookings are not accepted. - For hygiene reasons, there are no grills on the barbecue; each guest must bring their own. - Security deposit: €1,000 - Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival.
This includes providing occupant data as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments.
Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery.

Aunque el frigorífico es muy pequeño para la casa y para la gente que puede habitar en ella y no enfría correctamente, y que faltaban y estaban rotos los mandos de aire acondicionado, la verdad es que la casa merece la pena. No estaría demás poder encender las luces de la piscina para el baño nocturno.
