It is an old and unique building in Salou, completely and tastefully renovated, preserving its great modernist value. LAYOUT: The apartment, with a capacity of up to 8 people, consists of a bright living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped independent kitchen, a master suite bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom (with shower), another bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bedroom with a double bed.
The 2 bedrooms share another larger bathroom with a bathtub. HIGHLIGHTS: - Group reservations are not accepted. - Communal outdoor seasonal swimming pool (on the building's rooftop). - Optional parking at an additional cost (not suitable for large cars). - This apartment does not have a terrace, but it does have large windows. - Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
This includes occupant data required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments.

L'appartement est spacieux, très très bien situé. Il est très bien équipé.Proche des commerces, et de la plage.
Peut être un rideau occultant dans la chambre qui contient la salle de bain.
Une poêle un peu plus grande dans l'équipement cuisine
Muy buena ubicación y apartamento bien equipado y cuidado.
