It is an old and unique building in Salou that has been completely and tastefully renovated, preserving its great modernist value. DISTRIBUTION: - Bright living-dining room with a double sofa bed. - Fully equipped independent kitchen. - Master suite-style bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with a shower. - Bedroom with 2 single beds. - Bedroom with a double bed. - Second shared bathroom with a bathtub, accessible between two bedrooms. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - This apartment does not have a terrace but features large windows. - Group bookings are not accepted. - Communal outdoor swimming pool, seasonal. (Located on the building's rooftop) - Optional parking available for an additional fee. (Not suitable for large cars) - Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price.

The apartment is spacious and well located near beach and shops.
The furniture is very poor. Chairs are outworn, no coffee table near the couch. The shower curtains and bed pillows needs a wash. They're smelly.
