Costa Emmelia luxury villa is a newly built villa in a contemporary industrial style! The unique decoration with the handmade artworks in combination with the welcoming environment and the breathtaking panoramic view, will surely steal your heart!

Costa Emmelia is a 3 level building. At the entrance, in the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen. A staircase leads to the 1st floor or to the lower floor (underground floor).
Each floor has 2 bedrooms that both share a bathroom with shower. In the first floor, one bedroom has a queen size double bed and offers a stunning sea view and the other bedroom has a king size double bed that can easily be transformed in two separate beds. In the lower floor both bedrooms have a king size double bed that can easily be transformed in two separate beds.
In the living room area you will find yourself amazed by the view, that the large windows offer! The living room was built this way so as to overlook the sea from allover the place!
The spacious balcony invites you to relax there, enjoy the breathtaking sea view and it will surely make you feel like you hover above the sea!
There is also a BBQ area with a big dining table for up to 10 people and we also have a small private garden with our fresh fruit and vegetables.
Take a treat from our own private garden with fresh fruits and vegetables and feel the greek hospitality in its best!
Then relax at the pool dock and fall in love with this endless Greek sea view! This vacation take a dive to the cooling pool water, let the sun warm your heart and the sea fill your eyes with blue!
Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

What an incredible villa. The best views we have every seen, very comfortable and well designed. It was perfect for our two families.
The pool is stunning and the perfect temperature. Plenty of shade outside and lots of seating.
Lovely restaurants nearby. The perfect villa!

This is a beautiful villa, set up high on a with a stunning view.
A car is a must but it’s well worth the drive up the hill.
The well stocked fridge is a lovely touch, especially if you arrive late and don’t want to go straight to the shops.
