Stretching over 2 floors, the holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. Outside on your private patio, you can are invited to cook up delicious meals with your family on the grill and enjoy them at the dining table with a view over your well-kept garden. Upstairs you will furthermore find a magnificent rooftop terrace where you can sunbathe on warm afternoons. In the communal outdoor area of the residential complex you will find a large pool, which is open all year (it does not, however, have a heating system), as well as an outdoor shower. Although the home is in a very calm area, you can reach supermarkets, shops and restaurants in 4-7 minutes walking (300-550 m away). Additionally, the long, sandy beaches Playa de los Bateles and Playa Fuente del Gallo await your visit about 550 m or a 7-minute walk away.
