Modern family holiday villa in Albufeira to rent for 8 persons with ocean-panorama rooftop jacuzzi in the very center of Albufeira Old Town, only 260 m from the central beach Praia dos Pescadores. The villa is situated close to restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets, it is ideal for a vacation without a car.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, spread over 2 levels. The accommodation offers wonderful views of the bay of Albufeira and the ocean. Beach and all facilities are at walking distance, airport transfer on request possible, no car needed for the holiday!

Particularities
This is a holiday villa for families and responsible adults. Group of youngsters under 25 years are not welcome.

The availability of this villa is on request, it will be confirmed within 24 hours of the booking request.

In the high season the obligatory changeover day at this villa is SATURDAY.

Arrival between 16:00 - 24:00. Departure between 0:00 - 10:00.

The security deposit has to be paid in cash to the keyholder by the check-in, it will be returned by the check-out.

The jacuzzi is open from 8:00 - 22:00.

Payment terms
Payment only possible via bank transfer or with credit card through PayPal (5% transaction fee applies).

Deposit payment is 30% of the rental fee, to be paid within 24 hours of receving the invoice.

The final payment is 70% of the rental fee, to be paid 60 days before the arrival.

By bookings with an arrival date within 60 days the full amount is due within 24 hours of the booking.

Payments are non refundable.
