The modern Villa Malibu is conveniently located in Pineda de Mar "Costa Barcelona", within walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and the town centre.



During your stay you will have free access to the Aqua Park behind the house! Unique in the holiday rental market, it is the ideal combination of renting your own private villa, while enjoying the comforts of a resort. Children will spend the day playing in the water park, which includes various play areas, kamikazes and slides, a paradise for them!

The house is accessed through an automatic gate, behind which there is a large parking area for several cars.

On the ground floor is the bright living room with a large sofa and dining table. TV with Netflix account included.

Full bathroom with shower. Fully equipped open plan kitchen with American fridge. From here you have direct access to the terrace and pool area. Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Covered terrace with large outdoor dining table for 10 people. Large garden with private pool 3mx8m, playground, football goals and pergola, 10 sun loungers and stone barbecue.


Its large exterior makes it an ideal house for a family holiday, the children will have a great time!

The villa is located one block from the beach (200 m), where you can enjoy various water activities, beach bars, restaurants, and the promenade. There is a small supermarket located only 50 m from the house, ideal to buy bread or do your daily shopping.


The train station of Pineda de Mar is 1 km away. Barcelona is 45 min away and Girona is 40 min away by car. The beautiful Costa Brava is only 15 minutes away by car.
