Kitchenette equipped with large fridge, 4-burner gas cooker, dishwasher and oven. Windowed bathroom with shower cabin. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: a large double bedroom with large wardrobe and two bedrooms with a single bed and a pull-out bed, air conditioning, washing machine, elegant windowed bathroom with shower and integrated Jacuzzi. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Fine finishes such as marble flooring and exposed stone walls lend great charm to this dwelling. Covered outdoor parking space and small garden available furnished with gazebo, table and chairs. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking flat.
