Villa Lima is in an enviable location just over 100 metres from the wooden steps that lead down to the beautiful local beach of Olhos de Água, next to the restaurant "O Pássaro Azul".


Traditional in style and finishes, Villa Lima is a 4-bedroom villa with 3 bathrooms. It can sleep up to 10 people using 2 additional folding beds.


The kitchen has wooden cupboards and marble worktops. It is fully equipped with a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and electric hob, along with all the utensils and kitchen equipment needed to enjoy a self-catering stay, including pots, cutlery, crockery, electric hand mixer, juicer, toaster and coffee machine.


A washing machine is also available.


The living room has sofas, a wood-burning fireplace, a dining table and chairs, a flat-screen TV with some international channels via the cable system and Wi-Fi. Patio doors open onto a covered terrace with table and chairs.


Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes, patio doors leading to a small private balcony overlooking the pool and air conditioning. It also has a private bathroom with a hydromassage bath and shower.


Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes, patio doors leading to a balcony shared with the living room and air conditioning. It also has an en-suite bathroom with shower.


The stairs lead down to the lower floor where there are 2 more bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors leading to a shared terrace on the ground floor. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.


Outside there is a charcoal barbecue and a large private swimming pool (measuring approximately 3 metres x 6 metres and with a depth ranging from 1 metre to 2.10 metres.) The villa is walled around with gated access and has parking for 2 standard sized vehicles.


All bookings include a full clean on departure.

If your booking is for 12 nights or more, then a change of sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.

If you wish, you can book a mid-stay towel change with a small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 euros per request.

We do not provide full cleaning products - only a small starter pack. It is your responsibility to buy or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each bathroom, but these are not replenished during your stay.
