Spacious and comfortable apartment, ideal for a couple or a family with children.
The apartment features one double bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, tableware, and basic cooking utensils. Both the living room and the bedroom provide access to a small balcony, perfect for enjoying Barcelona’s pleasant weather. The location is unbeatable: the apartment is located right in front of Plaza Cataluña, just 100 meters from Paseo de Gracia, home to some of Gaudí’s most famous works, and only 200 meters from Las Ramblas.
Plaza Cataluña also offers excellent public transport connections, making it easy to explore the entire city. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Check-in from 15 p.m. - Check-out before 11 a.m. - The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. - Parties in the apartment are not allowed. - Additional charges: - Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights) - Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight. - A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out - The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment. - If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

Apartment was in an ideal location. Three rooms worked out perfectly for our group of six. The washer and dryer were perfect as Barcelona was right in the middle of our trip. The management answered and responded very quickly to our questions and requests. A few more towels and pillows would have been welcome, but other that that we had no complaints! A great stay at a great apartment!!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as pictured/described and in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere as most attractions were within a 20 minute (or less) walking distance. Barcelona is a lovely city and we would highly recommend this property!
